2016 Historic Wallace Blues Festival, July 8-10, 2016
The premier summer event in Wallace, the Historic Wallace Blues Festival has been named "Best Blues Festival" by the Inland Empire Blues Society for the past four years straight. Featuring three stages of musicians for three days straight complete with local food and vendors, the festival turns Wallace into the best place in Idaho for an entire weekend. The Idaho Building offers 3-day minimum stays in the heart of the festival, half a block away from the Main Stage where outstanding regional artists perform.
30th Annual Depot Days: May 7th 2016
Depot days is an outstanding classic car and motorcycle show in downtown Wallace. Located on Sixth Street, The Idaho Building is ground zero: from units 1 & 2, you can look out the front windows and see the festivities below. Categories include best in show, imports, people's choice, custom pickups, and many more. This is the premier auto show in Idaho and is not to be missed! Bob filmed a video from last year's Depot Days from Unit One, and the street is packed with antique cars and happy show participants. The Idaho Building offers 3-day minimum stays for this event.
Route of the Hiawatha
Located at Lookout pass, the Route of the Hiawatha is a jaw-dropping bike trail that utilizes the abandoned Milwaukee Railroad grade between the old town site of Taft, MT, and the North Fork of the St. Joe River. Cruise along the old track down a gradual grade, through 10 tunnels and over seven trestles as high as 230 feet among the Bitterroot Mountains. The Idaho Building provides ample space for bike storage and is a short drive from the East Portal on I-90. Come stay with us and experience this incredible trail!

22nd Annual Wallace ATV Jamboree: July 18-23, 2016
The ATV Jamboree is a 5-day ATV festival that combines the best of an ATV show and riding the dozens of ATV trails that wind through the Couer D'Alene National Forest outside of Wallace. Events include hosted trail rides, the "Mad Man" endurance race, ATV rodeos, potluck dinner events and more. If bikes aren't your thing, check out this week-long celebration of ATV riding in the beautiful alpine forests of Northern Idaho.
